The dining experience was chaotic, with staff struggling to keep up. It just wasn't worth it.

This was a well appointed hotel in the heart of Bristol. The staff were both fairly friendly and affable. The whole room was exceptionally clean and huge and had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. The location of the property was great - within easy walking distance of a lawned square. The restaurant was great and the food was excellent. I recommend the place...

Excellent breakfasts, with really good bread. The absolutely perfect and incredible location for the price, really close to the old town, the Clifton observatory, and Bristol for three years. Also, in centre of building.
Underwhelming breakfast.

During my recent stay, I was delighted by the impressive database, which provided user-friendly navigation and comprehensive information at my fingertips. The room featured a wonderfully comfy bed that ensured restful nights, equipped with great facilities that made my experience even more enjoyable.
Despite this small issue, my overall experience was fantastic!

The room was fantastic, featuring excellent facilities, including a super comfy bed that made my nights restful and rejuvenating.
I did notice a minor drawback—a slight delay in room service during peak dinner hours, which was a bit inconvenient but did not overshadow the overall experience.

The room was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed included. Had an electric kettle and glassware at our disposal. We walked everywhere, the location was marvellous, in Bristol city centre.

Nicely decorated room with a very comfortable bed and a good stock of snacks and drinks. The addition of fresh coffee pods and truffles made for a good touch. Breakfast at the bar included a tasty Full English that was satisfying. It would have been nice to have sweets in the minibar, and I wish I had booked another night to enjoy the stay longer.

Awesome stay with style!
This place is charming, super comfy beds and the bathrooms are lovely. Had a giant tub. The vibe was great with cool restaurants and bars nearby. One little hiccup we had was fixed quickly by the friendly manager, which we really appreciated. The only thing was the noise from outside, but it didn't ruin our fun!
